Do you love volleyball and want to give back to the community? As the volleyball season slowly approaches, we are looking for head and assistant coaches for our Lady Suns A, B, and C teams for this summer! The season will run from late May to early September.
The Lady Suns Volleyball program seeks to foster character development, promote sportsmanship, and establish community-building in players whilst advancing skills to participate in high-performing competition.

A Team (Most competitive and will play in all tournaments)
Tournaments (NY Mini, DC Mini, Philly Mini, Nationals)
B Team (Semi-competitive and will play in some tournaments)
Tournaments (DC Mini, Philly Mini)
C Team (Training Camp)
A Team and B Team Head Coaches - must be able to run practices twice a week and attend all tournaments
Help the team improve their skills, teamwork, and knowledge of volleyball
Conduct player tryouts at the beginning of the season
Lead team practices and conditioning sessions
Provide in-game strategy
C Team Head Coach - must be able to run training camp practices once a week
Help the team improve their skills, teamwork, and knowledge of volleyball
Lead team practices and conditioning sessions
6 Assistant Coaches (2 for each team) - be a support and is responsible for assisting the head coach with running practices and tournaments
Assists the head coach with instructing players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport.
Organizes and directs individual and small group practice activities/exercises as directed by the head coach.
Assesses player’s skills, monitors players during competition and practice, and keeps the head coach informed of the athletic performance of players
Assists with determining game strategy.
Assists the head coach with supervising athletes during practices and competition.
